How the repair process works
Bring the device with a short description of the problem. We agree an estimate when it is received. If the repair can be completed within that estimate, we carry it out; if the estimate would be exceeded, we contact you before continuing.
Bring the charger with a laptop. If the issue involves login, software or data transfer, the relevant credentials can speed up testing. Tell us immediately if important files are not backed up.
